Tea Recipes

Make each of these teas with boiling hot water or in a sun tea fashion. You can pour them over ice and you can sweeten with stevia or agave nectar.

Hydration Tea
This tea is great to relieve edema, swelling, and water retention and can replace your water ounces in a day. I like to make enough of this to fill a gallon jug and serve sweetened over ice.
Dandilion root tea (1/4 gallon)
Organic unrefined able juice (1/4 gallon)
Reverse osmosis water (1/2 gallon)
Stevia to sweeten

Fat Burning Tea
This is a perfect before work out tea, stimulates fat burning and increases blood flow to those fatty areas.
Cinnamon (1 tea bag)
Peppermint (1 tea bag)
Milk thistle (1 tea bag)
Agave nectar or stevia to sweeten
2-4 cups of boiling hot water to make the tea but can serve over ice

Flat Tummy Tea
This tea is great for gas, cramping, and bloating. You can add 1 tsp of psyllium husk if constipation is an issue.
Peach Juice (2 tbsps.)
Slippery elm powder (1 tsp.)
Flax seed (1 tsp.)
Marshmallow (1 tea bag)

Worlds Healthiest Lemon Aid
Lemon or Lime Juice (1/4 cup)
Reverse osmosis water (3/4 cup)
Agave nectar or stevia to sweeten
I like to make popsicles with this... yum!

Arnold Palmer
