    Good question. I know brewers yeast is allowed in all phases. Brewers yeast and nutritional yeast are very similar.

    I’m not sure if you are allowed to have it on all phases but I have to admit I do as I love it and haven’t had any negative effects from it. Actually that’s not quite true, I have the one with Niacin B3 and I must have overdone it as I had a Niacin ‘flush’ which if you’ve ever experienced one, its not very pleasant!
